Free ECourse - 7 Days to Massive Website Traffic
Search engine optimization expert Brad Callen shares valuable tips and techniques for bringing massive targeted traffic to your website in this free 7 day email course. If you're serious about getting your website to the top of Google, Yahoo, and MSN, be sure to sign up for this one!
Note to Readers: Although shared in a Christian context,
the techniques described by Rob can help anyone get
more hits to their website no matter what type
of targeted traffic they are seeking. Let
Christian traffic expert Rob Cross tell you
how he does it in this inspiring, informative
article. Copyright 2005 Rob Cross Did you know that your home PC can be used as a
powerful tool to reach your neighborhood or the
world for God?
If you want more targeted Christian traffic to your website
in a hurry, you can simply buy it for 5 to 10 cents a click
(and up) with Yahoo Search Marketing and Google Adwords pay
per click programs. You'll have targeted traffic coming to your
site within hours. Google Adwords is only $5 to start.
Yahoo Search Marketing is $50 to
start, but the money is applied towards your clicks. If you want to get good rankings for your site in the natural
or free search engines like Google and Yahoo, then concentrate
on getting some good links from other websites to point to your website.
Set up a links page
on your site and place links to quality websites
on it and contact them asking for a trade. If you would like to use your PC to invite more people to your
local church, just use the pay per click programs (Yahoo Search
Marketing and Google Adwords). Bid on keyword terms like
“(your city) church” and send people to your churches' website
address instead of your own. They will love you for it. If you have Christian products, services or a message you
want to get out to the world, just set up a website with your
message or sales copy (or have someone else do it for you).
Then use the pay per click and the reciprocal linking techniques
described above to get more targeted traffic to your website. If you are a frustrated author, you'll be pleased to
know that self-publishing using the Internet is easier
than ever. You don’t have to wait any longer for some
publisher to discover you and give you the nod. If there
is a book inside you trying to get out, don’t take it to
the grave with you. Instead, self-publish it on your PC
and distribute it online. Here's how to do it: First put your book into a Word document. Then save
it as an e-book using a handy tool (software package)
called ebookcompiler (only $29.95). Next, sign up for a clickbank.com account. They will take
online payments for you on your web site and digitally download
(deliver) the book for you via the Internet. You don’t even need
to sign up for a merchant account.
Clickbank takes MasterCard,
Visa, checks, etc. It’s only $50 (one time fee) and they take a
small percentage of your sales. Set up a simple website where people can find out about
and buy your e-book. Tell people all the great hot points
about the book and how it will help them. Offer a money back
guarantee. Refunds are easy and free with Clickbank. When you write the copy for your website, remember that
the headline is important. Use a headline that hooks the
reader by describing what’s in it for them. Remember that
their favorite subject is themselves. An example of a good
headline is "Backache Gone In 30 Days Or Your Money Back". Write the copy with the idea that the reader is thinking;
"How can this help ME relieve pain, increase pleasure or make
ME happier?" After clearly stating the benefits to the reader,
be sure to include a call to action that tells him/her
what to do, such as "call now" or "click here". Bullet points
can help make your text easier to read. If you plan to use your home PC as a fundraising tool for a
good cause, consider creating a website that has "soft offers"
on it. A example of a soft offer is when an online coupon company
pays you a dollar for everyone you can get to sign up for their
free coupons. There are lots of online companies that will pay
you to give away free samples of their stuff. Just go to
Google
and type in "soft offers" to find these kinds of companies. There are also many websites offering fundraising ideas for products you can sell. Once you have a website, use the traffic generation
techniques I've described (pay per click and linking) to
get visitors, sign-ups and sales more quickly. You can then
give the proceeds to a charity or ministry of your choice. Rob Cross is the chief strategist for TrafficProfits.com
